I&#8217;m <strong>Enrico Aramini CEO and Founder of HTC<\/strong> and today I want to talk to you about how technology can be a very useful tool to grow your company, but without a good organization and people who know how to exploit it, it can even become useless or harmful.<\/p>\n<p>Industry 4.0 is not just about technology, but also about the human factor. Industry 4.0 leads companies to have a sociotechnical system in which the human factor and the technological factor coexist within the company, thus generating a phenomenon of integration between the two different production factors. Automation implies a work environment in which workers and equipment not only deal with carrying out each of their tasks, but rather cooperate, giving rise to a production system in which the human factor and the technological factor are integrated and the purpose is to perform the tasks together. This industrial revolution is based on a concept of self-organization that involves a change of approach on the part of the operator (new knowledge, new ways of working, new relationships of interdependence), but above all new responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Zyronit <\/strong>is the <strong>first manufacturing app<\/strong> that allows companies to gradually retrain their employees and manage a shift towards greater automation.
